Born and raised in Henley-on-Thames, Madeleine joined Help in Hearing in November 2024. She is a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with over 21 years of experience as a Practice Nurse Manager in a busy GP surgery. Her extensive clinical background and passion for patient care make her a valuable member of the Help in Hearing team.
Madeleine specialises in earwax removal, helping clients regain their hearing and confidence by resolving hearing issues caused by wax buildup. She finds it incredibly rewarding to see how something so simple can have such a transformational impact on people’s lives and their ability to engage socially.
