Step 1: Hearing Test

The first step in your hearing journey is a comprehensive hearing test, which helps us assess your hearing ability and determine if a hearing aid is the right solution for you. During the test, our expert audiologists will use the latest technology to evaluate your hearing and discuss your results with you in detail.

Step 2: Hearing Aid Fitting

Once we’ve recommended a hearing aid that suits your hearing loss and lifestyle, we’ll book your hearing aid fitting appointment. This typically takes about one hour and is a personalised process tailored to your unique needs.

During your fitting, we will:

  • Program your hearing aids using computer-assisted technology to match your unique hearing requirements
  • Teach you how to use your hearing aids, including connecting any wireless accessories
  • Show you how to clean and maintain your devices
  • Discuss long-term care and acclimatisation—helping you adjust to the new sounds around you

We’ll take the time to ensure you feel confident and comfortable using your
hearing aids before you leave. Custom hearing aids may take 2–4 weeks to
manufacture, depending on stock availability, but we also offer express services
for certain models (additional fees may apply).

Step 3: Hearing Rehabilitation

Hearing with hearing aids is a learning process. When hearing loss has been untreated for a long time, the brain needs time to adjust to processing new sounds again. This is where hearing rehabilitation is crucial.

Our customised rehabilitation programme includes:

  • A follow-up visit two weeks after your fitting to assess your progress
  • Regular check-ins to review your experience and make adjustments as needed
