Madalene joined Aston Hearing in 2016 and became part of the Help in Hearing team in January 2024, working across the sister brands. With a background as a Social Worker supporting children and families in Yorkshire and London for over 15 years, Madalene brings a wealth of experience in people-focused care and leadership to her role.
As Practice Manager, she is dedicated to supporting a highly skilled team in delivering exceptional hearing and ear care. Madalene takes pride in fostering a welcoming, client-centred environment while ensuring every aspect of the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
