Natalya joined Help in Hearing in January 2021, following an apprenticeship in business administration. After finishing her GCSEs in 2019, Natalya completed an online course in business administration during lockdown, which led her to the apprenticeship opportunity at Help in Hearing’s Farnham Common clinic.
Since joining the team, Natalya has developed a passion for supporting clients on their hearing care journeys. Known for her compassionate and caring nature, she takes great joy in seeing how hearing aids transform lives, improving communication and restoring confidence. Natalya’s curiosity about ear health extends beyond her role, where she’s often found sharing “ear facts” with friends and family to encourage better ear care.
