Call us first if you lose your aids!

Wearing masks has caused a significant number of clients to lose their hearing aids. If you do misplace your devices at any point, please let us know and we can guide you through the insurance process.

Some insurance companies insist that you use their audiological services but please be assured that you are not obliged to do this. You are fully entitled to ask for a cash settlement, so that you can see Selma, Kevin or Wendy who will recommend the best aid replacement.  Please let us know if we can be of any help as we would be very happy to help explain how to make your claim.
